Drum Wings Ingredients


                 Chicken wings ½ kg (with skin)

•               Chicken mince 250 gm

•               Ginger garlic glue 1 tbsp

•               Egg 1

•               Plain flour 2 tbsp

•               Corn flour 2 tbsp

•               Worchester sauce 2 tbsp

•               Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp

•               Black pepper powder ½ tsp

•               Lemon juice 2 tbsp

•               Onion 1 medium

•               Parsley ¼ pack

•               Salt to taste

          

Drum Wings Cooking Directions


1.             In chopper set up together chicken mince, onion, salt to taste, dark pepper and parsley; chopperize finely until smooth. Expel blend in a dish.

2.             Cut chicken wings into lollypop shape.

3.             Marinate with egg, ginger garlic glue, pulverized red pepper, plain flour, corn flour, Worchester sauce and salt to taste. Keep aside.

4.             Stuff chicken wings with chicken mince blend. Put in broiler verification plate.

5.             Lastly heat in a preheated stove on 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

6.             Now expel from broiler and present with ketchup or some other sauce.
